Euclidean Distance vs. Network Distance

Understanding of straightness and network pattern

To do accessibility analysis, it needs to define a clear search radius for pedestrian trips that is very necessary. Instead of using Euclidean distance, which is an ordinary straight-line distance between two points in space. The accessibility analysis uses the Network Radius type, which indicates the realistic traveling distance of pedestrians in a search radius.
